A moment worth sharing. In Adam and Jolene’s room, Marty stopped to show the other judges the Speediance machine. Then came the part that made our week: he said he owns two.

Yes, but Marty said there was one addition to the room that he really liked and couldn't wait to tell the others all about it. Now, this is pretty cool. This is a Speediance exercise machine and it's super, super small, as you can see. This thing is probably my favourite. I've got two of these. Of course he does. You can do flies. You can do bench press. You can do... I know you like your tris. # Oh yeah. # Like, it is amazing. When you go back home, he's left his shirt in the room, too, so you can pick that up for him. I love that. I think that is incredible.
Watch the contestants give it a go
Before the prize reveal, there was a chance to try it. In the share-house gym, Courtney gets hands on with Speediance while Ryan walks through what the screen shows.

We've got to have a big prize for this one, do we not? We do. What about, Shell, $10,000 cash? And a Speediance Gym Monster machine to go into your houses? How fantastic is that? I love those things. Yeah. I learned how to use it. It's a good prize to win. You're going really good, Courtney. They are equal. Each movement. You are very well equipped. Speediance gym. Yep. She was doing bicep curls. So it shows the number of reps and it'll show you exactly the duration of the workout, the number of calories burned. Oh, that's so cool. SCOTTY: And... (CONTESTANTS EXCLAIM) It's a gnome. Oh, it's Mr Muscles himself, Frankie Junior. He's back in play. So, it's ten grand. It's the Speediance gym. And it's the bonus point gnome up for grabs.
A prize worth making room for
Scotty had another addition to announce. When the cover came off, it was a Speediance Gym Monster 2. The contestants’ reaction is one we will happily watch again.

Now, would you like to know what I've added to the prize pool behind you? CONTESTANTS: Yes! Yes. It's fantastic. It's the Speediance Gym Monster 2. (CONTESTANTS EXCLAIM) (CHEERING AND APPLAUSE) Yes! There it is.
A new plan for a spare room
A good room can earn its place in more than one way. Adam and Jolene decided to rethink their planned space and create a home gym around their Speediance machine.

We're going to put in a gym instead. Talking about our Speediance machine. It was in the rumpus room last week. Maybe the market that we're attracting is someone who potentially wants a little home gym set up.
A home with more ways to live
The best part of a home gym can be how naturally it becomes part of the home. In this room tour, the Speediance machine sits alongside spaces for relaxing and entertaining.

Darren felt this whole space was clearly a lifestyle proposition that connects beautifully to the Speediance gym inside. These doors peel back. You've got a bar area there with sink, etc. that connects to a lifestyle area and the gym equipment inside. So this is clearly like a lifestyle proposition, this area. And I think that's pretty wise.
