Where We Ship:

Shipping Times:

How soon can you flex with our gear? That's up to your chosen shipping method and location. Just remember, it's a ballpark estimate - sometimes holidays or a carrier's sneeze might affect the timing. 

Preordered Items:

All pre-order dates displayed on our product pages are provided strictly as estimated timelines. While we strive to fulfill orders within the stated time frames, these dates are subject to change. Various factors beyond our control—such as manufacturing delays, global supply chain disruptions, customs inspections, or logistics setbacks—may impact the actual ship date. Don't worry, we will make every effort to ensure you are informed of any delays! 

Shipping from our Sydney warehouse within Australia:

  • NSW, ACT: 2-4 Business Days
  • QLD, VIC, SA: 3-7 Business Days
  • TAS, NT, WA: 4-8 Business Days

Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees are kind of like your workout routine - they vary based on intensity (or in this case, size, weight, and destination). You'll see the full breakdown at checkout.

Order Processing:

Give us 1-2 business days post-payment to gear up your order. Weekends or public holidays? We'll be on it faster than you can say "burpee" come the next working day.

Our Trusted Couriers:

We roll with the big players like TNT, Startrack and Northline most of these services are near next day delivery, pretty impressive! (although we try our best to underestimate and over deliver)

Depot Collection:

Going the depot collection route? Smart move! Here's a quick rundown:

  • Dimensions & Weight: Picture this: a standard fridge or a comfy, long sofa. That's roughly the size and weight (110kg) of our Smart Home Gym.
  • Why So Weighty? It's like having a home gym with a solid core. Ensures your workouts are wobble-free!
  • Collection Essentials: This isn't a one-person gig. Rally a crew of two or three strong buddies to help. Ensure your vehicle's up for the task in size and strength. And don't fret, most depots have forklifts to help with the heavy lifting.
  • Stay In The Loop: We'll ping you when your gym's depot-ready. And just a heads-up, depot delivery times are pretty much in sync with home ones.

Tail Lift Delivery Details:

When your order arrives, it'll come riding in style with tail lift delivery. The driver will courteously bring the box to your doorstep. But, here's a heads-up: the driver won't be able to help lug the package inside. Liability and all that jazz. If you're thinking, "How will I get it up there?", we've got a tip! Try platforms like Airtasker or rally some pals for an impromptu lifting session. It's always more fun with friends!

Track Your Order:
