The pulley mechanism of the Gym Monster can be adjusted to 10 different heights, including 30.6 cm, 45.6 cm, 60.6 cm, 75.6 cm, 90.6 cm, 105.6 cm, 120.6 cm, 135.6 cm, 150.6 cm, and 165.6 cm.

We offer five different modes of resistance: Spotter, Standard, Chain, Eccentric, and Constant. Spotter Mode: Spotter helps you complete the last few reps when your muscles are fatigued, making it easier to train alone. Standard Mode: This mode provides resistance that matches the weight you’ve selected for your workout to ensure consistency. Chain Mode: Chain mode progressively adds weight as you approach the top of the motion, providing a unique challenge for your workout. Eccentric Mode: This is designed to isolate the negative movement phase of an exercise, increasing resistance as you return to your starting position.
